St. John’s Teachers’ Training College, Kilimambogo, invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the following:
Tender No.: KGO/T/2/2025/2026
Description: Provision of insurance services for the period 2025-2026
Requirements: Original tender security of KES 50,000.00 from a reputable commercial bank in Kenya or from an insurance company approved by PPRA and must be valid for 120 days from the date of tender opening and other requirements as per the tender document.
Eligibility: Open Tender
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained from the Procurement Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 at the College Accounts office. Payment should be in banker’s cheque in favour of St John’s Teachers Training College Kilimambogo Or downloaded free of charge from the college’s website, kilimambogottc.ac.ke, or www.suppliers.treasury.go.ke .
The completed set of tender documents should be submitted in plain sealed envelope indicating “Tender No. and Name” without identifying the sender and addressed to;
THE CHIEF PRINCIPAL/SECRETARY BOM,
ST. JOHN’S TEACHERS TRAINING COLLEGE KILIMAMBOGO,
P.O. BOX 8-01000, THIKA.
To be received on or before 2.00 PM Monday, 9th June, 2025 and placed in the Tender Box next to the principal’s office. The opening of bids will take place immediately thereafter at the LRC Seminar Room in the presence of bidders/their representatives who choose to attend.
