St John’s T.T.C Kilimambogo invites sealed tenders for the provision of insurance
services. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a standardized tender document and is open to underwriters dealing in Insurance services.
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at Procurement Department during office hours from 0800 to 1700hours at the address given below.
A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a non- refundable fees of KES 1000.00 (One thousand shillings only) payable to:-

All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Ksh.50,000.00 from a reputable bank or insurance company.
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 9th June,2025 at 2.00 PM. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
Note: Late tenders will be rejected.
