St. John’s T.T.C. Kilimambogo invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the provision of Security Services a two-year framework contract. The contract will be subject to an annual Satisfactory Performance review.

Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenyan shillings and should remain valid for 150 days after the date of tender opening. Tenders shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening.
The tenderer shall furnish, as part of its tender, a tender security of Kshs. 200,000. The tender security shall be in the form of a Guarantee issued by a Bank or Insurance Company accepted by PPRA
Bidders shall ensure serialization of all the pages for each bid submitted. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked

SERVICES and be deposited in the tender box provided next to the Principal’s office or be addressed to:

So as to be received on or before Monday, 9th June, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend the opening at the LRC Room.
St John’s T.T.C. Kilimambogo reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may annul the tendering process and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers.
